    De uitdaging

    Co-creates and advises on the compensation strategy, in line with organization’s overall strategic objectives and group-wide HR vision and compliant with legislation. Keeps informed on trends and development in the local markets in order to properly benchmark to ensure an up-to-date benefits offering to the employees – all levels included. Co-creates, advises and implements the proper drafting as execution of policies and procedures, working closely with HR management and Board members.

    Taken

    Ensures the implementation/roll-out of the different Reward and Performance Management policies and practices and assures their daily correct running. These include: remuneration policy, car policy, fringe benefits offer, incentive schemes, job mapping and grading, pay bands, global mobility policy and international assignments, annual performance management cycle (target setting, multi-rater, year-end evaluation, performance improvement…), annual compensation cycle, yearly benchmarking, etc.
    Adapts existing and develops and recommends new Reward & Performance policies/policy evolutions in line with the new and changing guidelines and policies, and based on feedback from the business, analysis of inefficiencies, issues or recent developments of the external environment (change in legislation, competitive environment, quantitative and qualitative analysis).

    Prepares budgetary recommendations and assists in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds in his/her area.

     

    Kwalificaties

    Minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience.

    Through-out experience in generalist as specific compensation & benefits processes and tools (e.g. benchmarking, grading, …)

    Proven experience in bringing change/process improvement is a very strong asset.

    Academic background, preferably a Master degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Good knowledge of social legislation in the area of compensation and benefits programs.
